All inspections include:
- A complete walk-through with the client. Questions are welcomed and encouraged throughout the inspection.
- An eletronic inspection report package which will be delivered the same day as the inspection
- The inspection report package includes:
- A detailed inspection report with ALL the information that the inspector gathered throughout the inspection
- Pictures of defects taken during the inspection, illustrating all issues and defects that require your attention, embedded and annotated in the report
- A priority defect and major expense summary for the home, containing any information of particular importance or time criticality
